One of the side effects we don’t hear about is the little pucker lines you get above your upper lip! I have never smoked but, I have those lovely little “track” marks. Where did they come from, what have I done to deserve these? What action produces the same results? First thought “Pucker up and kiss me” but a “soft kiss” doesn’t need a pucker. (Too much info, I digress) I have used a straw forever! Same action as puffing on a cigarette. So, I’ve decided to toss the straws and learn how to drink from a glass. Because I am older hopefully the lines will soften. Botox, no thank you. All of you younger pups might be able to halt this action before it becomes permanent. A weekend thought. We all know the weekend is hard, we have all kinds of excuses for eating to much, not logging and not exercising. But, if you can do a couple of short walks the calories burned will help offset the “eating excesses”. Just a thought…
