Complete Day of Logging in under 7 minutes-Video

I've just completed a video showing how I use NutriMirror. I've been using this system for 3 years and have discovered some short cuts I'd like to pass along.

Having a lot of food in a data base is good but, how many of those thousands of foods do you actually eat. Menus and favorites lets you customize your "personal data base". Foods you choose and save will always be at your finger tips.

Sorry the visual quality isn't the best, but I hope it's clear enough. I've tried to keep them simple, I hope they work for you.

Everyone sounds like they're off to a great start this year. Keep up the "chatter". Hearing how other people are doing is always helpful.
