 female, 36 years old In the sticks, NC | About MeHello to all. My name is Kristy this is the 1st time in my life Ive decided to take control of my weight. Ive never done a diet before and dont plan to start now. I want a new out look and way of life. When I started I was just under 200 pounds size 14/16 Now Im at 128 size 4/6. I feel so much better. I get up each morning and plan to make it a healthier day.If your new to NM then give it a try what do you have to lose?? Well Im here to tell you that you have alot to lose. Start today and do something about it. Then tomorrow add something else to the list. Before long you wont know how to do anything else. NM is a wonderful tool if you use it. Today is the 1st day of the rest of your life. Oct 1 2009 120.6 Oct 20 2009 118 Nov 18 2009 115.8!!! might never see this one again but I plan to try Jan 2010 at 120 and I think I will stay here for now. Im very happy at this weight. My GoalsIm at 120 and happy right here so going to stay for awhile. My goal is to get to around 115 and maintain it forever. To be happy being me whatever size that will be. To be a better me. |
