 female, 36 years old In the sticks, NC | About MeHello to all. My name is Kristy this is the 1st time in my life Ive decided to take control of my weight. Ive never done a diet before and dont plan to start now. I want a new out look and way of life. When I started I was around 180 size 14/16 Now Im at 128 size 4/6. I feel so much better. I get up each morning and plan to make it a healthier day.Oct 1 2009 120.6 Oct 20 2009 118 Nov 18 2009 115.8!!! might never see this one again but I plan to try My GoalsIm at 120 and happy right here so going to stay for awhile. My goal is to get to around 115 and maintain it forever. To be happy being me whatever size that will be. To be a better me. |
