darn it all!

I WEIGHED MYSELF TODAY AND IT'S NOT TOO GOOD.
I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER AT HOME OR A SCALE. SO WHEN I'M AT WORK AND HAVE THE TIME I WEIGH MYSELF OR LOG IN. I WEIGH 200 LBS. I'M NOT GOING TO LOG THAT. IT'S SO EMBARRASSING. I GAIN WAIT JUST BY BEING NEAR FOOD. I EXERCISE REGULARLY AND WATCH WHAT BAD THINGS I EAT. IN FACT I'M HUNGRY ALL THE TIME LATELY. I AM STARTING MASSAGE SCHOOL. SO FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS A WEEK ARE SPENT MASSAGING WHICH BURN ALLOT OF CALORIES. PLUS I HAVE KARATE FOR AT LEAST 1 - 2 HOURS PER WEEK. THAT INCLUDES SPARING. WHAT IS GOING ON. THIS IS FRUSTRATING. I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYMORE IF IT IS WORTH THE WORRY.
