Sunday I will be heading towards Atlantic Beach, NC (close to my hometown) to stay with some friends for a few weeks...and I'm scared to death!!! I will still be able to log in my foods...but my friends don't have the same habits that I do and I'm sure I'll be seeing RED RED RED RED!!! I also have no clue when I would be able to get exercise in EVERYDAY??.... I'm nervous that I will fall off of the wagon, again. :( Does anyone have any tips for leaving your comfort zone and still staying ON the wagon?
