More info about HFCS, Wow!
Guess what this website is promoting? You guessed it.........HFCS. It seems clear that the corn growers who possibly produce HFCS are feeling the latest pinch against it, and have created this website to attempt to debunk our knowledge of HFCS as a negitive.

I have still to watch the last hour of the video about the HFCS, but I know UCSF (the people who made the Bitter Truth video) is the real deal as far as being up to date on their information.

It does take many of the arguments made here, on the site, and attempt to back them ...

5 minute bean soup, seriously!
Ok, this morning I had a last minute idea. Literally, the kids were in the car, in the garage, ready to head off for school, but we were a tiny bit early. So I decided to make the blackeyed peas that were aching to be cooked and sitting on my kitchen counter. I checked my freezer for ham hocks, yep, and I knew I had onion, celery, and carrots. Eating your excercise, uh, part 3, I guess....
This has been on my mind as well. My question is a little different. I don't have a problem with eating my regular exercise calories. For instance, my daily 3 mile run is usually just under 300 calories, and most of the time I need them to get my intake allotment above 1200. BUT, when I do a long run or long bike ride on the weekend, sometimes I can burn 500-600 calories for a long run and 1000 calories for a long ride. I am having trouble making recipes
Please help! I want to make some recipes, so I will know how many calories per serving of some home made items. When I go to make a recipe, it brings up the food, but when I click inside the round circle, nothing happens. It doesn't give me the option to add that item to the recipe. Mike? Thoughts on this. I have been trying for about a week. I think it worked before for me? Thanks for your help. ...

Is this right?
My fiber intake is giving me a red line. But, when I click on it to get suggestions on what to eat to fulfil my requirement, it says i have fulfilled my daily rec. value. Green on one page, red on the other. Thoughts on that? Had 24gms. Also, I don't know how to ad a cute picture. I was going to show my graphs. Tips on that? Thanks friends. Janell ...
