Hello Everyone I could not post the comment so this is a reply to the I'm deficient journal post.

In case you are looking for food sources...

For extra vitamin D I have in my pantry a bottle of Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, Lemon flavored so really it is not too bad tasting! It is in the data base here and you can add it to your log play around with the serving and see what it says in your reflection analysis.

Look at the stats: just 1 tsp = 10 ug of vitamin D at only 45 calories and extra bonus of Vitamin A.
Compared to 1/2 cup oysters = 10 ug of vitamin D at 84.5 calories.
I wrote a list of food sources in one of my journal posts.

Granny....that is interesting about the sun and vitamin D I read that as people get older they are not able to convert the sun to vitamin D as well as someone younger.
