Today I have lost a total of 65 lbs since food logging here at NutriMirror. SWEET. 65 lbs lost and 65 lbs lost equals... Over 10" gone from my chest (oh well)! Over 10" gone from my waist!!! Over 10" gone from my hips!!! Start BMI 33.2 now BMI 22.5 Wow, I think that's good. It's OK I lost something as a matter of fact it's great because now my measurements for chest, waist & hips are 34/28/36 ! Just to think I started at a size 20 and 202.4 lbs is just so freaking cool. THANK YOU, NutriMirror! See everyone you can do this and you will and if you set your mind to it probably much faster and with better results than you expect. Once again I say KEEP AT IT!
