I don't even know how to begin to tell you all we've been through since about 6 a.m. this morning, but I'll just summarize by saying that we're finally on our new web server, a few days earlier than our much-delayed plan. If you're using the Internet Explorer browser, you might be having trouble logging your exercises using Method One. Until I can get this working properly again, you'll have better luck if you try an alternate browser like Firefox or Safari. It fact, this choosing thing is taking a toll on me. I'm losing hair I can no longer afford to lose. Even though she's losing faster than we normally recommned it was her realization that there is "a liftime to go" that caught my attention and made me smile. The fact that she has lowered her sodium so much told me she is focused on making the right choices. Then, when I looked at her food logs I thought, "by jove, she's got it". She's spreading her calories pretty evenly throughout the day, eating LOTS of food (calories), and is most always close to balance. It's certainly worth a t-shirt to remind ...
